Shipping policy
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship our orders within 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the package within about 2 weeks. There may be a shipping delay due to COVID-19 and due to the high volume of orders on holidays. However, we will do our best to expedite the shipping process.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet? Is it lost?
If your order still hasn’t arrived in 3 weeks, please email us and we will do our best to help and locate your package. If the package is nowhere to be found even after the investigation, we will send you a replacement package!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you should be receiving a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you have not received the email, please contact us and we will surely help you out!
Do you guys ship internationally?
Not just yet! We are shipping only within the US for now.
How do I make changes to my order?
Once the orders have been placed, any information regarding the email, shipping/mailing address, shipping options, and products ordered cannot be edited. If you need to make any changes, please contact us through our email.
Can I pick up my order?
We are not accepting any picks up at the moment! Sorry!
