Order & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship our orders within 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the package within about 2 weeks. There may be a shipping delay due to COVID-19 and due to the high volume of orders on holidays. However, we will do our best to expedite the shipping process.

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet? Is it lost?

If your order still hasn’t arrived in 3 weeks, please email us and we will do our best to help and locate your package. If the package is nowhere to be found even after the investigation, we will send you a replacement package!

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you should be receiving a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you have not received the email, please contact us and we will surely help you out!

Do you guys ship internationally?

Yes! Starting from Jan 16, 2023, international shipping is available. Free international shipping on orders above $100+.

How do I make changes to my order?

Once the orders have been placed, any information regarding the email, shipping/mailing address, shipping options, and products ordered cannot be edited. If you need to make any changes, please contact us asap through our email.

Can I pick up my order?

We are not accepting any picks up at the moment! Sorry!

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Most of our stickers are made with vinyl and are waterproof.

The product I want is out-of-stock. When will it be available?

It may take about a few weeks to a few months to restock. Please subscribe to our email and follow us on social media for updates! You may also DM us on instagram for more information!

What forms of payment do you take?

Our website is connected to Stripe, (a payment platform) The platforms accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, Apple Pay. We now accept Venmo and PayPal as well.

Do you guys offer a discount?

We offer sales and discounts occasionally, so please be on the lookout for major discounts and sales on our social pages!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All stationary items (stickers, pins, keychains, etc.) are final sale!

Accessories/Merchandises can be returned within 30 days of purchase if only it is returned in original packaging and there is no damage. If there is damage to the returned product, you may receive a partial refund. You will receive a full refund of the item, excluding the shipping fee and 15% restocking fee, once the returned item(s) have been received back in our warehouse.

For international returns, we will not be providing the return labels. You will receive a full refund of the item, excluding the shipping fee and 15% restocking fee, once the returned item(s) have been received back in our warehouse. Please email us the tracking once the return is shipped out.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the return delivery date for your refund to be processed.

Damaged Goods?

If your items were damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the damaged package through email and we will send you a new package and replace your goods! Don’t you worry ☺
