Order & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship our orders out within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the package within 1-2 weeks.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet? Is it lost?
If your order still hasn’t arrived in 2 weeks, please email us at admin@joyalittle.com, and we will do our best to help locate your order. If we are unable to locate it, we will send you a new replacement package at no cost!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been completed, you should receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you have not received the email within an hour of placing your order, please contact us at admin@joyalittle.com. and we will surely help you out!
Do you guys ship internationally?

How do I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been placed, any information regarding the email, shipping/mailing address, shipping options, and products ordered cannot be edited. If you need to make any changes, please contact us asap through our email, admin@joyalittle.com.

Our website is connected to Stripe, (a payment platform) The platform accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. We now accept Venmo and PayPal as well.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer sales and discounts occasionally, so please follow our instagram and tiktok to stay up to date!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All stationary items (stickers, pins, keychains, etc.) are final sale!
Accessories/Merchandises can be returned within 30 days of purchase only if it is returned in original packaging and there is no damage. If there is damage to the returned product, you may receive a partial refund. If your item is approved for a full refund, please be advised that this excludes the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the return delivery date for your refund to be processed.
Damaged Goods?
If your items were damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the damaged package through email and we will send you a new package and replace your goods! Don’t you worry ☺
