Refund policy

All stationary items (stickers, pins, keychains, etc.) are final sale!

Accessories/Merchandises can be returned within 30 days of purchase if only it is returned in original packaging and there is no damage. If there is damage to the returned product, you may receive a partial refund. You will receive a full refund of the item, excluding the shipping cost, once the returned item(s) have been received back in our warehouse.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the return delivery date for your refund to be processed.
